The Grand Palais tree house

The Grand Palais Tree house, also called Pommery, was built in the Grand Palais hall in Paris, for the “Art of the Garden” event in 2013. Made from Red Cedar timber, 15 metres high, it was the star of this exhibition, 3000 people went up in four days. It was later disassembled and rebuilt at the Domaine Royal de Jarras where visitors can enjoy it night and day as it has been lit up.

The Grand Palais event was a unique adventure : we were not building in trees, but in the midst of this wonderful iron and glass structure. The movie will take you backstage : building in our workshop, assembling on location.
